HR Executive – Manufacturing Industry

Experience: 3–4 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
Manufacturing Recruitment: Experience in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation, production, design, controls, assembly, and support functions.
Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, document verification, induction, and employee onboarding.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Training & Skill Matrix: Maintain employee skill matrix, identify skill gaps, and coordinate technical and functional training.
Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, internal communication, feedback sessions, and employee initiatives.
Performance Management: Coordinate appraisal cycles, probation reviews, KPI documentation, and performance records.
HR MIS & Reporting:



Prepare reports on manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, training, and performance.
Employee Support: Handle employee queries, HR-related concerns, grievances, and coordination with department heads.

Candidate Profile
3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing / engineering setting.
Experience handling technical recruitment and shop-floor/engineering manpower will be preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of HR processes, employee records, and statutory compliance.
Job Location: Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
