Skills in content coordination, basic copywriting, and understanding of digital and social media trends.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and use insights to improve future initiatives.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.
Organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
Comfort working in office in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Previous experience in recruitment marketing, healthcare marketing, or talent acquisition platforms is an added advantage.
