Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct initial candidate screening and HR discussions.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with joining, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment and HR trackers.
Handle employee communication and basic HR queries.
Support attendance and HR documentation.




Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations.

Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
