About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers, students, and potential clients.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable speaking in multiple Indian languages.

Required Languages

Must be able to communicate in:
English
Hindi
Telugu
Tamil
Kannada

Additional languages are a plus!

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain our courses, services, and offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead and customer information.
Schedule meetings, demos, webinars, or counselling calls when required.
Follow up regularly and help convert interested leads into customers.
Learn our products/services and communicate the information confidently.

Requirements
Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.
Ability to learn and understand recent content quickly.




Confident and friendly personality.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer-support experience is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate We are especially looking for someone who:
Can speak confidently with different types of customers.
Can explain information in a simple and understandable way.
Is comfortable making multiple calls every day.
Is willing to learn about gaming, game development, AI, and creative technology.
Can work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Salary: Based on experience and communication skills

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.
