Job Summary

Accenture is hiring experienced Global Talent Acquisition professionals to join its Talent Acquisition team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, US recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition operations, with the ability to manage hiring requirements across multiple roles and levels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer closure.
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments based on role requirements.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Handle offer discussions, negotiations,



and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Work effectively in a US-shift environment and support global hiring requirements.
