FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER – VASHISHTI

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

We are looking for a Food Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production and ensure quality, hygiene and timely dispatch of Vashishti products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily food production and production planning
Supervise production staff and ensure productivity
Maintain quality, hygiene, food safety & GMP standards
Monitor raw materials, inventory and wastage
Ensure batch records, production documentation and traceability
Coordinate with QC, purchase and dispatch teams
Ensure production targets and timelines are met
Identify and resolve production issues

Experience: 3–5 years in food/FMCG production preferably in Jams, Sauces Qualification: Food Technology / Food Science / relevant qualification preferred

Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
