Hiring: Website & Digital Content Executive

Location: Medical Square, Nagpur

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

We are looking for a Website & Digital Content Executive to manage our website, create and update digital content, support e-commerce operations, and assist with day-to-day online activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and be comfortable working with websites, product information, and online customers.

Requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing
Good computer and internet skills
Comfortable working with websites and online platforms
Responsible, organized, and hardworking
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Responsibilities
Manage and regularly update website content
Add, edit, and maintain product listings on the website
Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and other information
Create and update website banners, pages, and promotional content
Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and well-presented
Handle customer chats, enquiries,



and basic customer support
Handle customer calls when required
Coordinate with customers and suppliers
Assist with order processing and follow-ups
Maintain and update product/stock information
Assist with social media content and basic digital marketing activities
Monitor website content and report any issues or required updates
Support general day-to-day e-commerce and digital operations

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other website/e-commerce platforms is a plus
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is a plus
Positive writing and content-editing skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
