Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is an in office internship based in Coimbatore. The intern will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee records.

Daily responsibilities may include supporting HR documentation, helping with onboarding activities, and assisting with communication between candidates and hiring managers.



The intern will also help in updating HR databases, learning about HR policies and procedures, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Perks.
Candidates should possess basic competencies in Personnel Management and employee record handling.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, collaborate with teams, and manage time effectively.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR or recruitment software is an advantage.
