Role Description

NoBroker is hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (Seller BDA) to acquire and onboard property owners, generate leads through field visits, explain NoBroker services, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Meet potential property owners and customers through field visits and generate leads.
Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
Explain NoBroker products, services, and premium subscription plans.
Verify property details and ensure accurate listings.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Build solid customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
Update daily sales activities and lead status in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant in field sales candidates can apply.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
Willingness to work in a field sales role.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
