Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll and advantages coordination with relevant teams, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The role involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, organizing training and development initiatives,



and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

The Human Resources

Manager will also contribute to building a positive, inclusive work culture that supports productivity and retention in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a positive work setting.
Experience with HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation and reporting.
Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS or HR software tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or infrastructure sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
