Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients.
Read and understand civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper finishing.
Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
Take site measurements and verify quantities.
Coordinate execution of flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, civil works, and other interior activities.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and proper material handling.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3 to 5 years civil and commercial interior fit-out projects.
Positive knowledge of site execution, measurements, and drawings.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
