Role & responsibilities
Work closely with customers to successfully deploy technology at manufacturing sites.
Support Food & Beverage / CPG customers with technical implementation and product adoption.
Coordinate with Process Engineering, IT/OT and Automation teams for system integration.
Support PLC, network, IP, DMZ and cloud connectivity activities.
Guide customers on sensor installation, data analysis and product usage.
Analyze sensor and time-series data to identify patterns and generate insights.
Lead customer discussions, technical presentations and troubleshooting.
Coordinate testing, SAT and project sign-off with customers.
Work with Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and provide post-implementation support.
Travel may be required based on customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical,



Industrial Engineering or related field.
1 year of factory-floor experience in Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Dairy, Brewing, Pharmaceuticals or similar manufacturing industries.
Experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0 or IT/OT.
Good understanding of sensors, industrial systems and manufacturing processes.
Ability to analyze data and work with sensor/time-series data.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a customer-facing and rapid-paced startup workplace.
