Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to the care plan.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV medications/fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures as required.
Assist patients with activities of daily living when necessary.
Maintain proper infection-control and safety practices.
Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the doctor, family, or clinical supervisor.
Maintain accurate patient records, medication charts, and daily nursing reports.
Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, nutrition, and basic homecare procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare specialists as required.
Handle emergency situations appropriately and arrange medical assistance when necessary.
Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
