Position: Receptionist

Restaurant: Punjab Mail

Job Responsibilities: Welcome and greet customers warmly Manage customer seating and reservations Handle phone calls and customer enquiries Coordinate with the restaurant staff Maintain a professional and friendly setting Assist customers with basic information about the restaurant Handle basic billing/front-desk responsibilities when required

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Leaves: 3 days off per month Candidate

Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge Prior restaurant/hospitality experience will be an advantage.
