We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee databases.
Address employee queries, grievances, engagement activities, and workplace concerns.
Support performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee exit processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
