Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Vadodara. The HRM will execute & oversee end-to-end Professional Development & HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives and documentation.

Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong skills in policy development, HR process design,



implementation and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency with HR systems, HRIS tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
Effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Experience creating and delivering training, development, and employee engagement programs.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
