We Are Hiring – HR Executive / HR Manager
Location: Lucknow
Experience: 3–5 Years
Freshers with solid HR knowledge can also apply
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding process handle करना
Attendance, payroll & employee records maintain करना
HR policies & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC etc.) manage करना
Employee engagement & training programs organize करना
Employee grievances handle करना & performance management
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
HR operations & MS Office / HRMS software का knowledge
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
