Role Description This full-time, in office HR Intern role is based in Lucknow. The HR Intern will assist with daily human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and helping coordinate onboarding and training programs.

Responsibilities include contributing to the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee advantages administration, and supporting personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and documentation.



The HR Intern will also help organize employee engagement initiatives, support conflict resolution processes under supervision, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. This role offers practical exposure to HR functions in a service-focused environment, with guidance from experienced HR professionals.
