Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Indore.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for store and corporate teams. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards.

Manager will support managers with workforce planning, training and development initiatives,



and engagement activities to foster a positive and high-performance culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling HR data and reports, addressing employee queries, coordinating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives, and supporting change management across the growing network.

Qualifications
Solid experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement programs across multiple locations.
Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and data-driven HR decision-making.
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in retail, multi-site operations, or a rapid-growing organization is an advantage.
