Job Summary

AWS Geek Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in human resource management and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases, interview records, and employee documentation.
Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.
Support attendance management, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
Handle candidate and employee queries professionally.




Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and internal coordination.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
