Role Description
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities
Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal events to enhance workplace culture
Handling internal communications and helping maintain effective coordination across teams
Supporting onboarding and documentation processes for recent hires
Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR records with accuracy
