Screen profiles for tech skills, salary, and notice periods.
Schedule all interviews and coordinate with managers.
Track candidates from first contact to joining date.
Follow up during notice periods to prevent drop-outs.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience working as an IT Recruiter (Agency or Corporate).
Platform Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with Naukri boolean strings, filters, and LinkedIn sourcing.
Tech Knowledge: Positive understanding of common IT terminologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust negotiation abilities.
