ole & Responsibilities
Manage procurement of medical equipment, testing machines, hospital consumables, and other essential supplies.
Identify reliable vendors and obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations.
Evaluate products based on quality, specifications, price, warranty, and after-sales service.
Coordinate installation, servicing, calibration, AMC/CMC, and maintenance of medical equipment.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, and timely replenishment of essential items.
Coordinate with hospital departments to understand and fulfill their purchase requirements.
Monitor day-to-day hospital operations, facilities, equipment, and essential services.
Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.
Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, breakdowns, repairs, replacements, and deliveries.
Prepare regular reports on purchases, inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational issues.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining required quality and standards.




Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in hospital procurement, medical equipment, healthcare operations, or a similar role.
Positive knowledge of medical equipment, laboratory/testing machines, hospital consumables, and supplies.
Experience in vendor management, quotation comparison, negotiation, and procurement.
Knowledge of AMC/CMC, equipment maintenance, calibration, warranty, and service coordination.
Strong inventory and stock management skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
Solid communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently monitor hospital requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred.
