Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue goals. Generate recent business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities




Required 2+ years of experience in IT Services/Software Sales (B2B).
Proven experience in international client acquisition and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms.
Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced setting
