What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to closure.
Handle multiple technical hiring requirements simultaneously.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT profiles
.
Understand and work on client and market requirements.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT specialists

. Develop effective sourcing strategies across relevant recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and closures.
Maintain robust relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment




Pure IT Recruitment experience is mandatoryStrong experience in hiring IT amp; technical profilesGood understanding of technical requirements and candidate screeningExperience in sourcing, interview coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

Technology Hiring ExposurePython | Java | Data Engineering | DevOps | Cloud | AI/ML | GenAI | Full Stack | Other IT Technologies Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
