We're looking for a Junior Architect to join our team in Bangalore. You'll work directly with the principal architects on projects from concept through construction, with real exposure to natural building materials and live sites.

Responsibilities

Develop concept designs, drawings, and 3D models

Prepare working drawings, detail drawings, and construction documents

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as part of a project team

Visit sites, check work against drawings, and document progress

Research and experiment with natural materials such as earth, lime, and CSEB

Help organise and run workshops

Requirements

B.Arch from a recognised institution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and photoshop

Solid hand-sketching and visual communication skills

Interest in sustainable and natural building

Willingness to travel to project sites

Valuable communication in English (Kannada, Tamil, or Hindi is a plus)
