Assist customers with account, transaction, banking products, and service-related queries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Follow standard BPO/customer service processes, call handling procedures, and escalation protocols.




Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
Ensure proper communication, active listening, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Eligibility
Graduate candidates with positive English communication and fluency.
