KDC Chits Pvt Ltd is hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team in Kochi.

Internship: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Location: Kochi / Ernakulam

Job Type: Internship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate sourcing and recruitment
Calling and screening candidates
Interview scheduling and coordination
Candidate follow-up
Joining and onboarding support
Maintaining HR records and reports
Attendance and HR documentation
Supporting daily HR activities

REQUIREMENTS
MBA HR / MHRM / BBA HR / Any Degree
Freshers are welcome
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Malayalam communication preferred
Willingness to learn and work with a team
Immediate joiners preferred
