Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Hot Kitchen Cook with knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine to join the kitchen team at GOGO Foods. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes as per recipes, maintaining taste and quality consistency, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes as per standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
Handle hot kitchen operations including preparation, cooking and plating.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, presentation and quality.
Follow standardized recipes and portion-control procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area and equipment.
Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.




Follow food-safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
Monitor cooking times and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper ingredient utilization.
Maintain proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant/ cloud kitchen/food-service setting.
Experience in Pan Asian / Asian cuisine is required.
Good knowledge of hot kitchen cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
Team player with positive discipline and a positive attitude.
