ITDaksh Education is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization's human resources activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR operations, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and maintaining HR policies and records.

The HR Manager will work closely with management and different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a professional and productive work environment. The candidate should have robust communication, leadership, organizational, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment and hiring activities
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures




Manage employee engagement and retention activities
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary changes, deductions, and attendance data
Ensure proper documentation of employee information and HR processes
Handle disciplinary and employee related matters when required
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and employment requirements

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
Valuable understanding of employee lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust leadership and decision making abilities
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Previous experience in HR management, recruitment, or HR operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
