HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Location: Noida

Duration: 3 Months (Onsite)

Stipend: 15,000/month

Role Overview

We're looking for driven HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities.

You'll work closely with recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate interviews while gaining real corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals & social platforms
Conduct initial HR screening & schedule interviews
Maintain candidate data and update trackers/ATS
Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback
Support offer rollout and onboarding documentation

Who Can Apply
Students or recent graduates (BBA / B.Com / BA /

MBA HR preferred)
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace
