Job Title: Sales ExecutiveCompany name: Capricorn Identity Services Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent leads through, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
Present, promote, and sell the company’s product/project to potential clients
Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our solution meets their needs
Conduct product demos/presentations (online or in-person)
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients for repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospects and maintain a solid sales pipeline
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client success
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM/tools





Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical/product concepts quickly
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
