Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, applications, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access-related issues.

Support Microsoft

Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications. Provide application support and troubleshooting, contributing approximately 30% of the role. Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with application teams when required. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues. Maintain IT assets and inventory records.



Track and resolve support tickets within the required timelines. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams.

Required Skills Valuable knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting. Knowledge of hardware, networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

Experience in application support and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user administration. Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer-service skills.

Pay: ₹25,505.35 - ₹29,175.27 per month
