Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international chat support.
Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM/tools.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper response time and adherence to service-level requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
