Position Overview: Junior Consumer Insights Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Consumer Insights Associate to support consumer research projects by interacting directly with customers and assisting in research execution.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys talking to people, is curious about consumer behavior, and wants to build a career in market research and consumer insights.

You'll be responsible for conducting consumer interviews, recruiting participants for research studies, maintaining research trackers, and supporting the team with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Consumer Research
Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with customers.
Recruit participants for qualitative research studies (FGDs, IDIs, usability testing, etc.).
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their experiences, needs, and feedback.
Ensure high-quality and timely data collection.

Research Operations
Maintain participant databases and research trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing research projects.
Ensure accurate documentation of research activities.





Analysis Reporting
Organize and clean research data.
Support analysis of qualitative and quantitative findings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
12 year of experience in customer calling, customer support, telecalling , collections, market research, or similar roles.
Graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Solid verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, additional Indian language(s) will be an advantage.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is preferred.
