Company Description NoCom App is a vehicle marketplace designed to connect buyers directly with verified vehicle owners, removing brokers and unnecessary intermediaries from the process. The platform uses identity and vehicle ownership verification to ensure that each listed car or bike is offered by a genuine owner. Sellers can create detailed listings with photos, pricing, and key vehicle information, while buyers can easily discover vehicles and contact owners directly.

By focusing on transparency, trust, and direct connections, NoCom aims to improve the experience of buying and selling used vehicles for both owners and buyers.

Role Description As a Marketing Intern at NoCom App, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at growing our user base and increasing brand awareness. In this full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will assist with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting on campaign performance. You will help create and distribute marketing content across digital channels, support community engagement activities, and coordinate with the sales and product teams to align messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities will also include collecting user feedback,



supporting customer interactions, and contributing ideas to improve marketing strategy and user acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as data collection, basic analysis, and understanding user trends.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and demo or pitch support.
Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including campaign support, audience segmentation, and basic performance tracking.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving in user interactions.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
