Job Summary

Piezel Infotech is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our growing team for a US-based restaurant order-taking voice process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

> Handle food orders for the customers.

> Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the system.

> Ensure high-quality customer experience by addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

> Should follow Customer-centric approach.

> Meet performance metrics including call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

> Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and performance.

Requirements: Verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).





Comfortable working in US night shifts (1:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST). Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Shift Timings: 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
