TI Machine Operator – Job Role

Position: ITI Machine Operator

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
Load and unload materials correctly.
Monitor machine operation and maintain required production speed and quality.
Check finished products for print/production quality and defects.
Make basic machine adjustments during production.
Follow job cards, production schedules and work instructions.
Maintain proper machine cleanliness and basic daily maintenance.
Identify machine problems and immediately report breakdowns to the supervisor/maintenance team.
Maintain production records and report quantities produced, wastage and downtime.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.
Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of consumables.
Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
