Lead the overall Biomedical Engineering function, ensuring secure, reliable and uninterrupted availability of medical equipment .
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown management, installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of biomedical equipment.
Manage critical and high-end equipment breakdowns and coordinate with service vendors for timely repairs and maintenance.
Monitorequipment uptime, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance and service TAT, ensuring timely closure of pending issues.
Manage the equipment lifecycle, including acceptance, inventory, AMC/CMC, spare parts, replacement and procurement recommendations.
Ensure accurate documentation, maintenance records, MIS, statutory compliance and audit readiness for all biomedical equipment.
Lead, allocate and develop the Biomedical Engineering team, ensuring training, productivity and technical capability building.
