Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify content opportunities, industry trends, and audience insights.
Research creators, competitors, and viral content to understand market trends and content opportunities.
Write compelling and engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and social media copy for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with each client's brand, audience, and business goals.
Track and improve content KPIs, including views, engagement, followers, subscribers, leads, and watch time, and present weekly insights.




Identify and extract engaging clips from podcasts and YouTube videos for short-form content.

Skills
Solid learning mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Robust creativity and ability to generate content ideas.
Ability to analyze content and understand why it performs well.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Experience Hands-on experience with Copywriting / Script Writing / Social Media Marketing / Content Strategy / Personal Branding / Previous Internship is preferred.

NOTE
Candidates pursuing a regular college degree are not eligible for this internship.
After 3 months if your work output is really good, you will be immediately promoted to a higher position.
