Responsible for managing the end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) process across EMEA and Americas, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, service delivery and a solid employee experience. The role will lead a team and partner closely with HR, Business, Payroll, HRIS, Finance and other global stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end H2R processes covering joining/onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, job changes, payroll inputs, advantages, leave, exits and final settlement.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions across EMEA and Americas.
Drive process adherence, SLA/KPI performance, quality and compliance.
Identify process gaps and drive standardisation,



automation and continuous improvement.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of employee and stakeholder queries.
Ensure accurate employee data and effective use of HR systems/HRIS.
Excellent end to end team handling experience. Lead, mentor and develop a team handling H2R operations.
Experience with HRIS / HR technology; SuccessFactors, Workday or similar platforms preferred.
Robust global stakeholder management, handling conflict resolution
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, conflict resolution, and maintaining service quality
