Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – Full-Time

Dr. Gowd’s Dental Hospital, Hyderabad is looking for a skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary clinical team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage surgical conditions involving the oral cavity, jaws and maxillofacial region.
Perform routine and complex dental surgical procedures.
Manage surgical extractions, impacted teeth and third-molar cases.
Perform minor oral surgical procedures and soft-tissue procedures.
Manage pre-operative assessment, surgical procedures and post-operative follow-up.
Evaluate and manage oral and maxillofacial infections and trauma cases.
Perform implant-related surgical procedures where appropriately trained.
Handle cyst and benign lesion cases with appropriate diagnosis, treatment planning and referral when required.
Coordinate with other dental and medical specialists for multidisciplinary cases.
Maintain comprehensive clinical records and follow appropriate infection-control and patient-safety protocols.




Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions and patient counselling.

Candidate Requirements
MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognised institution.
Valid Dental Council registration.
Robust clinical and surgical skills.
Valuable knowledge of oral and maxillofacial diagnosis and treatment planning.
Ability to manage patients confidently and professionally.
Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
Fresh MDS graduates with good clinical exposure may also apply.
