Job Title: International Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused International Sales Executive to manage and support our global clients. This is not a target-based sales role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client interactions, and the ability to build strong relationships with international customers.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with international clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and assist in the sales process.
Stay updated on products, services,



and market trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
Prior experience in international sales, customer support, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
