Role Overview

As a Wealth Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth while acting as a trusted financial partner to clients. This role combines calling and field sales, client relationship management, and advisory-driven selling. You will be responsible for acquiring recent clients, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by sourcing new leads through outbound calls, field activities, referrals, and structured prospecting methods.

Market and sell insurance, mutual fund,



and health solutions in line with organizational guidelines and client requirements.

Manage existing client portfolios through regular follow-ups, renewals, and identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by assessing financial objectives and delivering appropriate wealth solutions.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets in alignment with company sales objectives.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Ensure consistent delivery of a qualified customer experience, fostering trust, retention, and long-term client value.
