Role & responsibilities
Lead Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend), with solid database expertise across Azure SQL and PostgreSQL.
A defining part of this role is leveraging AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate development, then hardening AI generated output into secure, performant, production grade applications
Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React using hooks, contemporary state management, and REST/API integration.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
Design, query, and optimize relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, and equivalents) to scaffold and generate application code efficiently.
Review, refactor, and debug AI-generated code identifying logic errors, security gaps,



performance issues, and anti-patterns.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
Solid backend development experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core.
Sound knowledge of Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and
tuning. Hands-on experience using AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, or equivalent) within a real development workflow.
Proven ability to debug, validate, and refactor AI-generated code into reliable software.
Solid understanding of production readiness: security, performance, logging, testing, and deployment.
Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
