Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
Communicate professionally with customers from international markets.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer service and call quality.
Follow defined process guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
Meet assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain proper call etiquette and qualified communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
