HOMEIQ is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, create & manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Manage Google Search, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns
Generate quality leads for Home Automation & Gate Automation
Monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS & campaign performance
Create audience targeting, retargeting & remarketing campaigns
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-sale conversion
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports




Manage advertising budgets effectively

REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Solid understanding of lead-generation campaigns
Experience with conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4 & remarketing
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Home Automation, Real Estate, Interiors or related industries is an advantage

SALARY Based on experience & performance
