Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead design projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with internal teams to create creative design solutions
Should be able to track site progress and work with contractors, from execution of drawings through completion.
Provide guidance to design and execution teams
Communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate and explain a design idea/evolution of a concept
Hands-on work ethic and a can-do’ attitude.
Imaginative and resourceful with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable and confident working under dead line and under pressure, while still delivering outstanding results
Highly organized and process-oriented
High energy and enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design with a focus on Residential Interior Design projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite with Revit being advantageous
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.
There is likely to be a requirement for travel within the country (alone or accompanied)
Fluent in English, verbal and written
