Logistics Officer – Dispatch

Location: Silvassa, Gujarat

CTC: ₹2.4–3.0 LPA

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; valuable freshers with relevant logistics knowledge can be considered

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch operations as per production/customer requirements
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills and delivery challans
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch
Plan vehicle loading and ensure timely dispatch
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Sales and Accounts
Track dispatched material and delivery status
Maintain dispatch records, PODs and transporter documentation
Monitor shortages, damages and dispatch discrepancies
Maintain basic logistics/dispatch reports in Excel/ERP

Requirements




Graduate / Diploma preferred
1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing company
Positive knowledge of e-way bill, invoice, delivery challan and POD
Basic Excel + ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Comfortable working in a factory environment
Silvassa / Vapi / Daman candidates preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
