Prepare duty rosters, supervise OT nurses and technicians, and assign duties for each shift.
Ensure the operation theatre is clean, sterile, and fully equipped before surgeries begin.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of surgical instruments, consumables, and medical gases.
Communicate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments to manage surgery schedules.
Enforce strict infection control policies, aseptic techniques, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
